BUMA / SABAM virus

Ik heb hier een laptop met het BUMA / SABAM virus op. Via de Kapersky recover CD die ik op dit forum gevonden heb heb ik de laptop al kunnen unlocken zodat ik dit kan typen, maar ik heb hulp nodig met het HJT log.

De laptop draait op Windows 7, maar om een of andere reden (waarschijnlijk het virus?) kan ik niet rechtsklikken om HJT als admin uit te voeren. Zowel op de desktop als in Verkenner krijg ik geen rechtsklik menu te zien.

Als ik HJT gewoon uitvoer krijg ik onderstaande log.

Klik op 'Fix checked' om de items te verwijderen.

Let op : Windows Vista & 7 gebruikers dienen HijackThis als “administrator” uit te voeren via rechtermuisknop “als administrator uitvoeren". Indien dit via de snelkoppeling niet lukt voer je HijackThis als administrator uit in de volgende map : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HiJackThis of C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\HiJackThis.

Verwijder Ask Toolbar of Ask.com via Software (indien aanwezig) of verwijder anders volgende vetgedrukte map : C:\Program Files (x86)\Ask.com

Download MBAM (Malwarebytes Anti-Malware)

Dubbelklik op mbam-setup.exe om het programma te installeren.

Zorg ervoor dat er een vinkje geplaatst is voor Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware en Start Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Klik daarna op "Voltooien".

Indien een update gevonden werd, zal die gedownload en geïnstalleerd worden.

Wanneer het programma volledig up to date is, selecteer dan in het tabblad Scanner : "Snelle Scan", daarna klik op Scan.

Het scannen kan een tijdje duren, dus wees geduldig.

Wanneer de scan voltooid is, klik op OK, daarna "Bekijk Resultaten" om de resultaten te zien.

Zorg ervoor dat daar alles aangevinkt is, daarna klik op: Verwijder geselecteerde.

Na het verwijderen zal een log openen en zal er gevraagd worden om de computer opnieuw op te starten. (Zie verder).

Indien er de rootkit (TDSS) aanwezig is, zal MBAM vragen te herstarten. Doe dit dan ook.

MBAM zal na de herstart opnieuw scannen en de rootkit verwijderen.

Het log wordt automatisch bewaard door MBAM en kan je terugvinden door op de "Logs" tab te klikken in het programma.

Indien MBAM moeilijkheden heeft met het verwijderen van bepaalde bestanden zal het enkele meldingen geven waar je OK moet klikken. Daarna zal het vragen om de computer opnieuw op te starten... dus sta toe dat MBAM de computer opnieuw opstart.

Plak de inhoud van het logje in je volgende bericht, samen met een nieuw HijackThis log.

Malware heeft 1 ding verwijderd, maar vindt nog altijd een trojan die ook na herhaalde scans niet verdwijnt.

Download TDSSKiller en plaats het op je bureaublad.

Pak de bestanden in tdsskiller.zip uit.

Open de map tdsskiller en dubbelklik op TDSSKiller.exe om de tool te starten.

Windows 7 en Windows Vista gebruikers:

Rechtsklik op TDSSKiller.exe -> Uitvoeren als Administrator om de tool te starten.

Als TDSSKiller bericht geeft van een beschikbare update, dan voer je deze eerst uit.

Klik op de knop "Start Scan" en volg de instructies.

Wanneer de scan klaar is klik je op de knop "Report".

Er opent een kladblokbestand. Post de inhoud van dit bestand.

Herstart de pc als TDSSKiller die optie geeft. (Reboot now)

Wanneer er een herstart nodig was, vind je de logfile in C:\TDSSKiller.[Version]_[Date]_[Time]_log.txt

Ik kan nog steeds niet rechtsklikken om het menu met "Run as administrator" te openen.

Als ik TDSSKiller gewoon uitvoer vindt die niks.

Typ in de zoekfunctie bij Start even regedit. Dan ga je naar het register van de PC. Speur daar via de zoekoptie naar het bestand msulpordi.bat. Laat even weten of je dit gevonden hebt in het register en zo ja, waar dan wel ?

Het komt 2 keer voor in de volgende keys:

Helaas, ik kan geen van beiden verwijderen.

Ga in het register naar deze twee locaties waar het bestand zich in de rechterkolom bevindt. Klik dan in de linkerkolom op het mapje dat openstaat en wijzig daar Permissions-Machtigingen -> Special/Speciale Machtigingen -> Full Control/Volledig Beheer. En probeer dan eens of je de sleutels met het bestand msulpordi.bat dan wél kan verwijderen.
