Nieuwe muis

Hallo,

Ik heb afgelopen week op marktplaats een muis gekocht (Laatste keer dat ik een tweedehands muis heb gekocht).

Een Razer Diamondback 3G, nu heb ik deze aangesloten alleen staat de gevoeligheid veel te hoog.

Dit heb ik geprobeerd aan te passen via het bijgeleverde cdtje alleen er verandert niks als ik de gevoeligheid aanpas daar.

Kan iemand bij helpen de gevoeligheid te verlagen?

Ik heb het geprobeerd maar kom daar niets tegen van gevoeligheid muis aanpassen. Het moet via de bijgeleverde software maar die werkt dus niet.

Iemand ideeën ?

Wellicht deze uitleg een oplossing.

Het is een mooie review over de muis alleen heeft diegene die het heeft geschreven geen problemen met de muis.

Kan het er misschien aan liggen dat mijn computer Windows 8 heeft en de bijgeleverde software te oud is?

Dat klopt, maar heeft u onderstaande al geprobeerd?

Wellicht niet te oud, maar niet geschikt voor Windows 8.

Zelf bij de support site is er geen driver voor Windows 8.

Neem contact op met de support site, wie weet . . .

Mijn vraag:

I am using a Diamondback 3G on my computer who is running Windows 8, but i can't change the mouse sensitivity.

I asked on a dutch computer forum and they told me to contact the Razer support.

I installed the supplied software who actually works.

But after that i can not change it's sensitivity, cant change other stuf on the software also. Is there a way to change the mouses sensitivity without the software or should the software just work?

Thank you for your email and as for your issue please be advised that you will not be able to adjust the dpi on the mouse without the software and also the Diamondback mouse software is not compatible on Windows 8. Is there an other way to change my sensitivity on Windows 8?

I just bought the mouse and paid 20 euro's for it, it would be very disappointing if I can't change anything on it so my whole gaming experience will be different.

Hi Max,

Please be informed that the mouse sensitivity can only be controlled by the Razer software and as none of the software is compatible on Windows 8, we are sorry that you will not be able to change the settings.

Spijtig om te horen dat de muis niet compatible is met Windows 8, snik snik

Maar goed van u om contact op te nemen de support site, nu is het echt duidelijk dat het niet mogelijk is om de instellingen te wijzigen i.c.m. Windows 8.

Zet de muis op Marktplaats voor €. 25,00 vermeld wel dat die niet geschikt is voor Windows 8 xD
