Mediaplayer werkt niet meer

Uit een eerder bericht op dit forum las ik de volgende vraag

Ik hoop dat jullie een idee hebben wat verkeerd loopt,

Ik zie niet direct fouten in dit logje.

Ik heb wel gezien dat je malwarebytes het geinstalleerd.

Wat zegt een scan met malwarebytes?

Ik heb een snelle scan uitgevoerd maar die laat geen probleem zien, evenmin als een volledige scan van C-drive.

Heb een bericht dat ati display driver niet meer naar behoren werkt. Heeft dat er iets mee te maken?

De ati display driver is de driver voor je videokaart.

Als die niet (goed) werkt kan dat inderdaad gevolgen hebben voor alles wat met beelverwerking te maken heeft.

Download en installeer Speccy.

Tijdens de installatie heb je nu de mogelijkheid om Nederlands als taal te selecteren.

Als je niet wil dat Google Chrome op je pc als standaard webbrowser wordt geïnstalleerd, moet je de 2 vinkjes wegdoen !!!

Start nu het programma en er zal een overzicht gemaakt worden van je hardware.

Als dit gereed is selecteer je bovenaan " Bestand - Publiceer Snapshot " en vervolgens bevestig je die keuze met " Ja ".

In het venster dat nu opent krijg je een link te zien, kopieer nu die link en plak die in je volgende bericht.

Wil je in woord en beeld zien hoe je een logje van Speccy maakt en plaatst kun je dat Hier lezen.

Ook Dit (KLIK) filmpje laat zien hoe je een Speccy-logje kan plakken in je antwoord.

Na het plaatsen van je logje wordt dit door een expert nagekeken.

Dan kunnen we op zoek gaan naar de juiste driver voor je videokaart.

Op deze pagina kan je de nieuwste drivers voor jouw videokaart downloaden.

Neem de versie 12.10 met releasedatum 10/22/2012.

Heb de download uitgevoerd (in 2 keer want plots viel alles weg) maar helaas geen resultaat.

Het probleem met ati display driver lijkt nu te dateren uit 2011 - sorry voor deze foute info.

Mediaplayer opent altijd normaal en laat de muziekbib zien. Zodra ik een nummer probeer te spelen verschijnt de boodschap:

Er is een probleem opgetreden tijdens het afspelen van het bestand in Windows Media Player.

Dat is zowel bij audio als videobestanden.
