Mijn mail verstuurt spam, help!

Hoi allemaal,

Kheb een probleem: mijn mail verstuurt spam,

het is een @hotmail.com account, die ik gebruik via Windows Live Mail

Net kreeg ik van mezelf een paar mails met spam in mijn postvak en ik kreeg een hele lijst met deze meldingen: Delivery to the following recipients failed, naar alle mijn contactpersonen.......

Hoe dit snel op te lossen???

Ik doe nu scans met AVG, Hitman Pro en Spybot S&D

Wie kan me helpen?

mijns inziens ben je het slachtoffer van spoofing...veel voorkomend gegeven bij hotmailaccounts.

Verander zowiezo je paswoord en je beveiligingsvraag in je hotmailaccount.

We zullen veiligheidshalve eens checken of er geen malware op de pc aanwezig is...

Download HijackThis

Klik bij "HijackThis Downloads" op "Installer".

Bestand HijackThis.msi opslaan. Daarna kiezen voor "uitvoeren".

Hijackthis wordt nu op je PC geïnstalleerd, een snelkoppeling wordt op je bureaublad geplaatst.

Klik op de snelkoppeling om HijackThis te starten

Klik ofwel op "Do a systemscan and save a logfile", ofwel eerst op "Scan" en dan op "Savelog".

Er opent een kladblokvenster, hou gelijktijdig de CTRL en A-toets ingedrukt, nu is alles geselecteerd. Hou gelijktijdig de CTRL en C-toets ingedrukt, nu is alles gekopieerd. Plak nu het HJT logje in je bericht door CTRL en V-toets.

Krijg je een melding ""For some reason your system denied writing to the Host file ....", klik dan gewoon door op de OK-toets.

Let op : Windows Vista & 7 gebruikers dienen HijackThis als “administrator” uit te voeren via rechtermuisknop “als administrator uitvoeren". Indien dit via de snelkoppeling niet lukt voer je HijackThis als administrator uit in de volgende map : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HiJackThis of C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\HiJackThis.

Na het plaatsen van je logje wordt dit door een expert (Kape of Kweezie Wabbit) nagekeken en begeleidt hij jou door het ganse proces.

Ik heb mijn wachtwoord veranderd

inmiddels heb ik gescanned met AVG, Hitman Pro, Spybot en Malwarebytes. Ze vinden allemaal niks.

Nog wat nadere info over mijn mail:

Het is dus een hotmail.com account, en zit samen met nog een hotmail, een gmail en een mail van een website in Windows Live Mail. Ook heb ik hem samen met een andere hotmail en gmail op mijn mobiel staan (standaard mailprogramma van HTC), ik weet niet of dit er iets toe doet....

Malware mag je uitsluiten ... ook in in dit logje is alles OK.

Vind je die mails ook terug in de map 'verzonden' in jouw hotmail-account ?...

Nee, daar staan ze niet in....

Dan zijn de bewuste mails niet via jouw account verstuurd, maar werd enkel je e-mailaccount gebruikt...misbruikt..

Geen beestjes op je pc, dus geen probleem.

Die zekerheid hebben we nu toch wel.

Oke, maar ik zou toch wel fijn vinden als het niet nog een keer gebeurt, er staan veel zakelijke adressen in mijn lijst, dus dat is niet echt handig als die steeds spam van mij ontvangen...

Is er een manier om 't te voorkomen?

Zeker weten...

Maak een nieuw account aan...

Gebruik een gmail ipv een hotmail...

Stuur al je contacten een mail dat ze je vanaf nu kunnen bereiken op je nieuwe account..
