Toch wel ik het nog niet opgeven anders is de door mij gekochte software niet te gebruiken.
Is er iemand die er nog in wil duiken ?
Ik kan mij namelijk niet voorstellen dat het niet te vinden is

I've received some additional steps from development that will provide us a much more detailed crash log. It requires you to open a file that will place your crash logs in a convenient spot for you to easily grab and send to us.
I've shared the steps below:
1) Double-click the "waterlogue_crash_logs.reg" file. Doing so will edit your registry.
PLEASE NOTE: We’ve tested this file and haven’t had any issues, however editing the registry is generally discouraged for non-advanced Windows users. In fact, it’s possible that your email host may strip out the attachment I've sent you, if so let me know and I'll provide you a Dropbox link. It’s also possible that their anti-virus software will not allow it to be executed, so you would then have to make an exception.
2) Once you've opened the file, it will run automatically.
3) The next step is to reproduce the crash.
4) After that has happened, please navigate to your local user directory. You will need to "show hidden folders" in your folder settings.
The directory that will contain the crash log should look something like this: C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Waterlogue and the crash log will look something like this: “Waterlogue.exe.7852.dmp”. This is the file we need you to send us.
If you're not comfortable doing this that's okay and we understand. We wish there was an easier way to get this type of crash data.
Let me know if you have any questions about the new steps I've outlined.
Thanks,
