Download HijackThis (KLIK)

Indien je windows 7 of vista hebt dan op hijackthis.exe klikken en dan met de rechtermuisknop op run as administrator. Bij XP gewoon op klikken.

Klik nu op "Do a systemscan and save a logfile"

Wacht even en dan krijgt je een logje.

Klik ergens op de log en dan op toetsen CTRL + A klikken en dan CTRL + C

Dan bij uw volgende bericht dan plakken met CTRL + V

Je kan de log uploaden:

Klik op Meer optie

Scrol naar beneden en je ziet dan beheer bijlage en dan kan je log uploaden

Klik op 'Fix checked' om de items te verwijderen.

Download MBAM (Malwarebytes Anti-Malware)

Dubbelklik op mbam-setup.exe om het programma te installeren.

Zorg ervoor dat er een vinkje geplaatst is voor Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware en Start Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Klik daarna op "Voltooien".

Indien een update gevonden werd, zal die gedownload en geïnstalleerd worden.

Wanneer het programma volledig up to date is, selecteer dan in het tabblad Scanner : "Snelle Scan", daarna klik op Scan.

Het scannen kan een tijdje duren, dus wees geduldig.

Wanneer de scan voltooid is, klik op OK, daarna "Bekijk Resultaten" om de resultaten te zien.

Zorg ervoor dat daar alles aangevinkt is, daarna klik op: Verwijder geselecteerde.

Na het verwijderen zal een log openen en zal er gevraagd worden om de computer opnieuw op te starten. (Zie verder).

Indien er de rootkit (TDSS) aanwezig is, zal MBAM vragen te herstarten. Doe dit dan ook.

MBAM zal na de herstart opnieuw scannen en de rootkit verwijderen.

Het log wordt automatisch bewaard door MBAM en kan je terugvinden door op de "Logs" tab te klikken in het programma.

Indien MBAM moeilijkheden heeft met het verwijderen van bepaalde bestanden zal het enkele meldingen geven waar je OK moet klikken. Daarna zal het vragen om de computer opnieuw op te starten... Dus sta toe dat MBAM de computer opnieuw opstart.

Plak de inhoud van het logje in je volgende bericht, samen met een nieuw HijackThis log.

De bedoeling is dat je HijackThis opnieuw opstart als administrator, dus zoals je deed om je eerste logje te produceren.

Je krijgt opnieuw een scherm met tal van lijnen...je vinkt enkel de lijnen aan die vermeld zijn in post 6.

Nadat je die lijnen hebt aangevinkt klik je op 'fix checked'.

Het nieuwe logje (na het fixen dus) kopieer je en plak je in je volgend bericht hier in je topic.

Bijkomend aan dat fixen in HijackThis dient je Malwarebytes' Anti Malware te downloaden, dat kan je door op de link te klikken in post 6...installeer het programma zoals aangegeven en voer de scan uit, zie ook post 6.

Nadat de scan is uitgevoerd plaats je ook dit logje in je volgend bericht hier in je topic.

A good thing to do after version updates is clear your Ignore list and re-add them, as the format of detected items sometimes changes.
