eerste stap werkt maar als ik vervolgens c:\ipgconfig.txt uitvoer geeft hij een foutmelding is not recognized as an internal or external command. Wat doe ik fout?

De router volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing aangesloten en hij connect successfully, maar hij maakt geen verbinding met internet. Niet als de router direct op de PC is aangesloten en niet draadloos. Ik heb alles al een aantal keren opnieuw geinstalleerd, maar dat is ook niet de oplossing. Kan iemand mij helpen, er gaat iets niet goed met het IP adres volgens mij maar ik heb geen idee hoe ik dit kan oplossen. Alvast bedankt
