Het probleem is al opgelost zoals eerder vermeld. De drivers zijn ook weer in orde. Ik stel het zeer op prijs dat jullie me nog verder willen helpen. Ik heb de instructies opgevolgd. Ik zou het fijn vinden als iemand me ook zou kunnen vertellen wat ik nou zojuist heb gedaan, zodat ik hier van leer en het later misschien zelf kan doen. Het probleem is inmiddels verholpen. De oplossing was: geluidskaart verwijderen en de computer opnieuw opstarten (waardoor de geluidskaart opnieuw wordt geïnstalleerd). Hartstikke bedankt voor alle tijd en moeite!!

De malware zorgde ervoor dat ik niet meer op internet kon, verleende toegang tot mijn pc van afstand, etc. Ik heb dit verwijderd gekregen door een combinatie van: Free Dr.Web anti-virus Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware FixExe in veilige modus uitgevoerd. Microsoft Security Essentials en Panda Cloud er overheen laten lopen en de internetinstellingen handmatig terugveranderd.

Ik heb altijd films gekeken op mijn laptop, nooit problemen gehad, totdat ik een tijdje geleden wat problemen heb gehad met malware die ik gelukkig heb kunnen oplossen, maar nu heb ik geen geluid meer als ik films afspeel met bijna alle programma's. De programma's waar ik geen geluid meer heb bij de films zijn: DivX Plus Player IrfanView Media Player Classic - Home Cinema QuickTime Player Real Player Windows Media Player Het enige programma waar ik wel geluid krijg bij de film is Windows Live Movie Maker, maar deze speelt niet alle films af (bijv. mkv-files).. Vroeger keek ik alles met DivX Player, ik ben dan ook al zeer tevreden als deze het weer zou doen. Ik heb inmiddels de K-Lite Codec Pack (Mega) gedownload en geïnstalleerd, ik heb van andere posts begrepen dat ik dan wel alle benodigde codecs zou moeten hebben, dus hier zou het niet aan kunnen liggen denk ik?
