oke ja er waren geen virussen die verwijderd konden worden, maar ik heb weer internet dus het zal wel goed zijn. Heb de stappen opgevolgd. Dus nu effectief gaan verwijderen?

de sleutel is gelukt, maar waar moet ik verwijderen? dit staat namelijk nergens? Bij system scan staat remove, maar die kan ik niet aanklikken.

ik heb de avira rescue cd zijn werk laten doen, na 3 kwartier was die klaar en heb ik de computer opnieuw opgestart. Alleen wanneer de computer opgestart is, komt security shield gelijk weer in beeld. Weet u wat ik verder kan doen?

Hallo, Ik heb sinds vandaag last van het virus security shield op mijn computer. Ik las dat je door in de veilige modus te gaan mbam kon downloaden en dit het probleem kon verhelpen. Alleen ik kom dus niet in de veilige modus. Met opstarten en F8 lukt het niet en via start -> msconfig openen lukt niet wat dit blokkeert security shield. Heb ook een een keer stekker eruit getrokken, bij het opnieuw opstarten kom je zo in een menu waar je in veilige modus zou kunnen opstarten maar ik kan dit dus niet selecteren en na 20 sec start die in normale modus op. Kan iemand mij helpen?
