Het zou mooi zijn geweest als het zo simpel was, maar het maakt niets uit helaas. Ik heb wel goede verbinding met de modem, maar ik heb gewoon geen toegang tot het internet op de één of andere manier. Dit wordt er steeds aangegeven.

Ja, heb ik op de laptop gedaan die geen verbinding kan maken.

Ik heb Solcon (glasvezel) als provider.

Ik heb de stappen op die op de pagina staan uitgevoerd, maar aangezien ik mijn computer ooit geüpdate heb naar Windows 10 is de HP connection manager niet compatible. Ik heb geprobeerd een andere te vinden, maar die kan ik nergens vinden. Daarnaast heb ik zojuist ook alle stappen op deze pagina uitgevoerd, maar dat hielp ook niets helaas.

Maar in principe werkt de Wifi wel gewoon als ik ergens anders ben, dus neem aan dat hij dan gewoon werkt toch? Of gaat dit anders?

Ik kan geen HP Connection Manager op mijn laptop vinden. Heb geprobeerd het te downloaden en te installeren, maar dan zegt die "No WWAN device. Exiting installation".

Heb bij alles op uitschakelen geklikt en weer opnieuw opgestart, maar geen verandering helaas. Heb ook geen nieuw anti-virus programma weer erop gezet.

Kun je hier iets mee? -
Bedankt voor je antwoord! Systeemherstel is iets wat ik ook al heb geprobeerd, het duurde eeuwen, maar er veranderde niets helaas. De Wi-Fi staat wel gewoon aan, hij maakt ook wel contact met de router, maar kan geen verbinding maken met het internet. Als ik bij iemand anders de laptop gebruikt, kan hij wel gewoon verbinding maken met het internet.. Dus snap niet zo goed wat er hier nu ander is.

Hoi allemaal,
Sinds kort kan ik plotseling geen verbinding meer maken met de Wi-Fi hier in huis. Via een internet kabel lukt het nog wel en ook wel via mijn telefoon, iPad en andere computers, dus het probleem ligt bij mijn laptop. Hij geeft het volgende aan: "Wi-Fi heeft geen geldige IP-configuratie". Ik heb aan de hand van andere fora al een aantal dingen geprobeerd, zoals het verwijderen van de Wi-Fi adapter en deze opnieuw installeren en meerdere opdrachten uitgevoerd via opdractprompt, bijvoorbeeld:
netsh.exe winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
shutdown -r -t 0 -f )dit heeft echter geen verschil gebracht.. Ik heb zo'n vermoeden dat het heeft gelegen aan een anti-virusprogramma dat ik een tijdje geleden had geïnstalleerd, echter heeft het verwijderen van alle anti-virusprogramma's ook geen verandering gegeven. Heeft iemand een idee wat ik zou kunnen doen om dit te kunnen herstellen? Mijn laatste redding is Windows helemaal opnieuw installeren, maar daar wacht ik liever nog even mee..

De optie om mijn netwerkprofiel te wijzigen ontbreekt bij mij. De andere instructies geven geen verschil helaas.
