Voor fotomateriaal en bewerkingen van video heb je stevig wat ram geheugen nodig en een vrij krachtige processor. Veel opslagruimte spreekt natuurlijk voor zich. Dat heb je met een laptop spijtig genoeg meestal niet. Tevens zijn de harde schijven in laptops meestal trager dan die in desktops (5400 RPM vs 7200 RPM). Ik zou u zeker een desktop aanraden ipv een laptop. Tenzij je de mobiliteit echt zeer belangrijk vindt. Met dat budget zou je toch al voor een intel i5, 4 (misschien 6, maar dat kan evengoed overkill zijn ) GB aan ram geheugen, enkele terrabytes aan hardeschijf ruimte, een degelijke grafische kaart kunnen gaan. Voor 1000 euro is het wel mogelijk om iets deftig te vinden

Met dat budget ga je niet echt kunnen gamen op een laptop. Je hebt dan toch genoeg ram geheugen (ik zou zeker voor minstens 3GB gaan) en een deftige grafische kaart nodig. Als je op aanvaardbare settings en frames per second wilt spelen zou je toch al rond de 800 euro moeten rekenen. Met dit ACER Aspire 5741G-334G64MN I3 330M 640GB 4GB 15.6 Inch DVD-RW GT320M WIN7HPR :: Tones.be kan je al aardig gamen, verwacht wel geen heel goede performantie. Let er zeker op dat er absoluut geen onboard grafische kaart insteekt, dat is namelijk het slechtste wat je kan kopen voor games te spelen. Ik kan je zeker een mobility radeon van de 5000 reeks aanraden. Probeer ook wel zeker te zien dat je 1GB ram geheugen hebt in die grafische kaart [/url]

Probeer eens speedfan (programma) te downloaden en dan bij de tab "S.M.A.R.T.", "preform an in-depth online analysis" uitvoeren. Dan krijg je een webpagina die een analyse geeft van je harde schijf. Daarmee weet je meestal al genoeg (zeer verstaanbare en duidelijke uitleg). Als de HDD spin up problemen geeft zal dat daar ook vermeld staan. Voor de zekerheid de test misschien enkele keren uitvoeren. Kan eventueel ook aan je moederbord liggen dat fouten vertoond, of misschien een fabrikagefout in de aansluitingen van je HDD, kabels eens vervangen... Zoniet dan vrees ik dat je een nieuwe HDD mag aanschaffen (tenzij je nog garantie hebt). Normaal kan je ergens in je bios ook bij diagnostic een HDD test uitvoeren. Naargelang de code die je krijgt na de test weet je ook wat het probleem is. Ongeveer hetzelfde voorgehad onlangs

Na de seagate tools test bleek dus dat de HDD inderdaad kapot aan het gaan was. Een gesprek met de HP technische dienst heeft het geconfirmeerd. Binnekort krijg ik een nieuwe HDD in de bus. Dankuwel voor de hulp. Greets, MrJones

Ik heb met de HP technische dienst gebeld en uit een lang gesprek en wat bios test later blijkt dat de HDD effectief het probleem vormt. Ze is dus effectief aan het falen... Gelukkig was mijn laptop nog onder garantie dus ik krijg binnekort een nieuwe HDD in de bus! Dit probleem is dus opgelost! Dank kweezie wabbit voor de schitterende bijstand!

Alles werkt perfect en snel. Weliswaar in een zeer lage resolutie Eens ik normaal opstart duurt het te lang eer de pc is opgestart en krijg ik weer dezelfde haperingen. Zelfs na alles gedaan te hebben dat je me vertelde wabbit.

Omdat mijn computer sinds een paar dagen nogal vreemd doet (constante haperingen etc) heb ik wat test uitgevoerd. Blijkt dat er mogelijks iets met de harde schijf kan zijn (kan evengoed een virus zijn). Hallo, Ik heb sinds gisteren problemen met mijn computer. De beide cores van mijn cpu springen zeer onregelmatig op 100% en blijven daar dan enkele minuten staan. Tijdens lijkt het alsof heel mijn pc aan het laggen is en kan ik zo goed als niets doen. Ik heb systeemherstel al uitgeprobeerd (werkte niet, gaf een foutmelding), geprobeerd om iets te veranderen aan mijn grafische kaart (dacht eerst dat het daaraan lag), via speedfan de ventilators aanpassen, SMART info van HDD laten analyseren (blijkt dat er daar ook vanalles mis is) etc... Ik draai Windows 7 met een pentium dual-core T4300, 4 gig ram, hd mobility radeon met 1 gig ram en een HDD van 320gig. Het is een laptop van misschien een jaar oud. Dit is zeer frustrerend aangezien ik aan het studeren ben en ik mijn computer intensief gebruik voor te studeren. Zo een probleem kan ik momenteel wel missen als kiespijn! Is er iemand die me kan helpen?
