Met Fixit opnieuw een Uninstall MicroSoft Office 2013 gedaan volgens hun richtlijnen. Had uiteindelijk een probleem opgelost: Gevonden probleem: MicroSoft Office Klik-To Run installed opgelost. Koude start PC. MicroSoft Office opnieuw trachten te installeren en weer de foutmelding: Office vereist hogere versie van Windows7 of hoger. Mijn platform is toch echt Windows8!!

t'Ja wat heb ik al geprobeerd: -PC opnieuw opstarten. -In de veilige modus met netwerk. -Virus bescherming uitgezet, tijdens installatie. - Dus daarna maar gedeinstalleerd. Helaas Clarkie, een herstelpunt naar een vorige datum helpt niet. Wel is de foutmelding veranderd: Er is een fout opgetreden. Er is een probleem opgetreden.

Beste forumleden, ik ben ten einde raad, wat is het geval: Bij terugkomst van mijn vacantie wilde ik Word opstarten maar dat lukte niet. Geen foutmelding, alleen Word start niet op. Bij nader onderzoek bleken alle Office 2013 onderdelen niet meer te werken. Heb van alles geprobeerd, niets lukte. Dan maar Office 2013 geheel deleten volgens MicroSoft Windows Office website, dat lukte. Bij nieuwe installatie van Microsoft Office en na het intypen van de licentiecode krijg ik telkens de boodschap: Office vereist een hogere versie van Windows, terwijl ik notabene onder windows8 werk!! Opmerking W8 en Office 213 zijn gekochte programma's. De setup heet: Setup.X86.nl-HomeStudentRetail en heeft voor mijn vacantie vlekkeloos gewerkt. Wie helpt mij uit de problemen??

Beste forum leden ik kom er maar niet achter hoe ik mijn Samsung tab3 (P5210) kan verbinden met de USB poort van mijn PC met operating system Windows8. Zoals bekend bezit de tablet geen USB poort, maar wel een verloop kabeltje. Met de nieuwste versie van Kies, die ik op mijn PC heb geïnstalleerd, wordt de tablet niet herkent, ook niet als ik de tablet rechtstreeks op een USB poort van de PC aansluit. Na al deze vruchteloze pogingen heb ik het in de richting van Dropbox gezocht. Alle files geuploaded naar de Dropbox internet map en na een tijdje uploaden is dat gelukt. Alles zo ingesteld dat ik deze files ook kon lezen en bewerken op mijn tablet. Mooi dacht ik dat is dan geregeld en nu deze files even downloaden van de Dropbox naar een mapje op mijn tablet. Helaas, ik ben er tot op heden niet achter hoe ik deze files kan downloaden. Wie wil mij helpen om, of het syncen mogelijkte maken van tablet-PC of om de bestanden uit Drobox naar mijn tablet over te zetten of is er nog een andere mogelijkheid die wel werkt. Ik hoop dat iemand van de forumleden mij kan helpen dit probleem op te lossen.

Beste Juisster, Allereerst bedankt voor je hulpvaardigheid en moeite om mijn probleem op te lossen. Intussen het volgende: Internetsnelheid meten m.b.v. verschillende speedtesten geeft een grote variatie aan resultaten. Zo meette ik bij Ziggo een snelheid van 45 Mbps, bij Brabant Net een snelheid van 48 Mbps en bij mijn provider, UPC, kom ik niet verder dan 18Mbps en deze laatste snelheid was voor mij de reden om jullie hulp in te roepen, onwetende dat andere speed testen veel hogere, aanvaardbare snelheden gaven. Voor mij is dat de reden om jullie maar niet verder te laten zoeken, omdat ik denk dat mogelijk de methode waarmee UPC werkt voor mijn PC nadelig uitvalt voor de registratie. Buiten jouw opsporingsmethoden, ben ik aan de gang gegaan met de PC in de veilige modes met netwerkondersteuning op te starten. En ja wat denk je, de 59Mbps wordt nu wel gehaald. Misschien kun je uit jouw expertise de fout er makkelijker uithalen. De vraag bij rijst in ieder geval op: Welke programma's zijn er de oorzaak van dat die vertraging optreedt. Misschien kun jij daar het verschil in zien. Ik laat de PC in ieder geval even in de veilige modus staan om volgens jouw instructies te handelen.

Snap ik niet, staat wel degelijk op m'n bureaublad; Bij Eigenschappen ComboFix op m'n buraublad staat als toepassing C:\ComboFix.exe, dat is toch de bedoeling. En ja ik heb hem een tijdje geleden ook gebruikt, voor dat ik dit forum bezocht. Graag bevestiging dat ComboFix vanuit de juiste map is gestart.

Geacht forum, Situatie: UPC modem --> Router, zeer snel, met daar aan 2 PC's, alles bedraad. Mijn PC is de laatste tijd zeer traag. Het downloaden gaat zeer langzaam. Mijn UPC provider geeft 60Mbps, dat heb ik gecontroleerd door mijn kleine laptop direct aan het UPC modem te hangen en dat klopt. De laptop achter de router geeft eveneens een snelheid van ca. 60Mbps aan!. Hang ik nu mijn PC direct aan het moden, dan zie maar zo'n 19 Mbps met de snelheidsmeting van UPC. Hetzelfde negatieve resultaat als ik de PC achter de router hang: 18Mbps. Voor de 2e PC geldt hetzelfde. Vandaar dat ik gekozen heb voor het Windows forum, omdat ik nu toch echt denk dat er iets mis is met "alles" wat valt onder Windows. De netwerk kaartjes hebben in het verleden zelfs hogere internet snelheden te verwerken gekregen en dat ging altijd probleemloos. Ik heb ook nog even gekeken wat het resultaat is als ik mijn virusbeschermer NOD32 (legaal) uitzet, maar dat helpt niet. Ik heb er Malwarebytes Anti-Malware en ComboFix op los gelaten echter zonder goed resultaat. Hijack This heb ik niet gedraaid, omdat dan met mijn geringe kennis niet weet wat ik met de log ervan aanmoet. Ik hoop dat ik via en met behulp van dit forum de fout(en) kan vinden. Groet, Bustraa

Beste forumleden, Voor ik mijn vraag stel, het volgende: Vanuit een router van het merk D-link-655 zijn 2 PC's op 2 van de 4 LAN poorten aangesloten. Daarnaast kan mijn laptop communiseren via de draadloze mogelijkheid die mijn router biedt. Inloggen op mijn netwerk is niet mogelijk omdat ik het draadloos netwerk beveiligd heb met het zg.WP2A protocol Verder zie ik in mijn toendertijd gemaakte aantekening een z.g. Wireless Encryption key met een ingegeven wachtwoord. Eerlijk gezegd weet ik niet meer de strekking van dit wachtwoord. Tijdens mijn afwezigheid van een paar dagen krijg ik een gast in huis die van mijn draadloos netwerk gebruik wil maken. Eerlijk gezegd vind ik dat niet zo prettig omdat ik de informatie op de beide PC's, die natuurlijk thuis blijven, absoluut wil beschermen tegen anderen.
