Uw Google Chrome-browser heeft al een ingebouwde Adobe® Flash® Player. Deze Flash Player wordt automatisch bijgewerkt wanneer er een nieuwe versie beschikbaar komt.

Windows Media Player of iTunes, maar het hapert bij allebei.

Ik heb geen muziek cd's, maar wel gewoon gedownloadde liedjes etc. En bij films hapert het ook.

Hallo, Mijn Dell XPS L502X's geluid hapert soms bij het luisteren via muziek (via itunes, youtube etc.) en het kijken van films. Omdat ik laatst naar Dell gebeld heb, aangezien mijn adapter kapot was, heb ik dit ook gelijk doorgegeven. Toen hebben ze de nieuwste drivers erop gezet etc. Ik dacht toen dat het weg was, maar uiteindelijk hapert het geluid weer af en toe. Weet iemand waar dit aan kan liggen?

Ik had trouwens laatst een driver gedownload voor Realtek Audio High Definition, omdat m'n geluid soms haperde tijdens het muziek afspelen en films kijken. Maar toen ik die gedownload had was het weg, als ze windows opnieuw gaan installeren, gaat die driver dan ook weer weg?

Ja hoe maak ik een backup? Want onze externe harde schijf zit vol. Kan ik ook nog een backup op een andere manier maken?

Ik heb net gebeld met de Technische support, er wordt gezegd dat er waarschijnlijk niet echt veel aan te doen valt, maar omdat de batterij ook kapot is waarschijnlijk, moet ik opsturen naar Dell en dan kijken ze gelijk naar de strepen in het webcambeeld.

Weten jullie zeker dat dit een fout is in de webcam? Want dan ga ik morgen bellen en ga ik hem denk ik opsturen voor reparatie.

Als ik mijn webcam test op die site zijn de knipperende strepen er nog steeds.

Ja, ik heb nog garantie. Tot 16/11/2012, maar hoe weet ik zeker dat het kapot is? En of ik daar garantie op heb?

Het is bij Dell Webcam Central, maar ook op msn, skype etc. Ik heb de laptop nog niet heel lang, dus volgens mij heb ik nog wel garantie. Maar ik heb Dell gemaild, en daar kreeg ik van te horen dat het aan het licht lag, dus ik heb er verder niet bij nagedacht of er iets kapot zou zijn. Het is al vanaf het begin dat ik hem gekocht heb, hiervoor had ik ook een Dell, en daarbij had ik het niet.

Ja, ik heb het in verschillende ruimtes geprobeerd, maar de strepen blijven. Ook als ik een bureaulamp erbij aan doe ofzo.

Hallo, Ik heb al vanaf het begin last van knipperende strepen door mijn webcambeeld. Ik heb Dell al gemaild, maar zij zeggen dat het komt omdat er te weinig licht is in de kamer waar ik zit. Maar ik zit in een goed verlichte kamer, en ik heb er nog steeds last van. Zoals je op deze foto kunt zien, zitten er strepen door het beeld (deze knipperen dus ook een soort van.) Weet iemand hoe ik dit kan oplossen?
