Hallo,kan er mij iemand helpen met volgend probleem: als ik gebruik maak van Skype met een andere Skype gebruiker en video zie ik deze persoon wel maar hij ziet mij niet. Na alle instellingen en terug instaleren van Skype en Webcam geen resultaat. Wat is er aan de hand? Graag een oplossing voor dit probleem. Bedankt bij voorbaat Guido

De resolutie is correct ingesteld. Tijdens het opstarten verschijnt er een horizontale witte lijn, en als Windows eenmaal opgestart is, is het niet meer mogelijk om met de muis buiten het kader te klikken.

Op de sticker staat: H/W:1A Model no: B101EVT03.1. Als ik opstart, krijg ik weliswaar een heel mooi beeld, maar de diagonaal is slechts 8 inch. Is dit het moment om de schroevendraaier erbij te pakken? Toch weer freezes. Toen de freezes elkaar sneller opvolgden, heb ik de suggestie van Dasle opgevolgd. Brainwave! Ik heb uitgezocht wanneer ik voor de allereerste keer last van deze random freezes had. In die weken heb ik een update van mijn Nvidia GeForce 310M drivers gedaan. Omdat ik de Nvidia graphics card op internet steeds weer tegen kwam in besprekingen van "random freezes", heb ik maar eens een nieuwe update gemaakt via de Nvidia site in plaats van de Samsung-site die ik oorspronkelijk had gebruikt. Vandaag nog steeds geen freezes gehad. Fingers crossed...

Dit lijkt mij geen goede benadering, vanwege het feit dat de freezes niet voorspelbaar zijn: het enige wat ik opgemerkt heb, is dat ze in 90% van de gevallen optreden tijdens het gebruik van een browser. Doet dat niet een belletje rinkelen bij iemand? Ik heb vandaag nog geen freezes gehad, dus als ik nu allerlei services ga inschakelen en uitschakelen kan ik gaan wachten tot ik weet niet wanneer, net zoals ik nu ook zit te wachten op de volgende freeze die ik weet niet wanneer zal optreden. Snap je? ..Misschien is het wel opgelost! Ik zal wachten op de volgende freeze, en dan ga ik je suggestie opvolgen. Helaas, helaas... Gisteravond nog 1 freeze gehad. Daarna nog een paar uur kunnen werken, daarna nog 2 keer een freeze, en nu komt de freeze na hegt opstarten binnen een aantal seconden. Ik meen toch een soort patroon op te merken: eerst een aantal uren, soms zelfs een halve dag geen problemen, en dan volgen de freezes elkaar in sneller tempo op. Ik heb ook de indruk dat de "beste":embarassed: manier om een freeze te bewerkstelligen is, om bij google afbeeldingen te bekijken...? Wat zou dit kunnen zijn? Ik wacht nog even een dagje met het markeren als "opgelost", omdat dit niet de eerste keer zou zijn dat ik urenlang zorgeloos op het net surf, om dan plotseling tot een "vriezende" stilstand te komen. Geachte, Hoewel ik niet zeker ben of mijn probleem in deze sectie behoort, probeer ik het toch maar: Mijn probleem: Na het opstarten van de computer en vooral tijdens het surfen op internet bevriest het scherm plotseling in de kleur van de op dat moment aanwezige achtergrond, maar dan in een afgezwakte, grijzige kleur. Soms bevriest het scherm gelijk na het opstarten. Daarna helpt niets meer, en alleen de computer uitzetten en weer aanzetten helpt. De freezes zijn min of meer random. Soms surf ik uren achtereen, en dan volgt de ene freeze na de andere. In de veilige modus treedt dit fenomeen niet op. Ik heb de volgende acties ondernomen, zonder resultaat: Alle drivers ge-updated Alle programma's ge-updated. Virusscan met AVG: geen problemen gerapporteerd.
