Beste, ik heb ondertussen wat rondgezien want geen internet hebben is niet leuk. Blijkbaar was Avast per abuus op mijn pc gerazkt waardoor ik geen internet meer had. Door Avast te verwijderen is alles terug ok. Groet

De opmerking die ik nog krijg is dat de site gebruik maakt van verouderde TLS beveiligingsinstellingen maar ik heb niks gewijzigd aan mijn instellingen...

Internet Explorer start op met Google maar ik geraak op geen enkele site. Ook niet via mijn andere browser Microsoft edge. Ook mijn e-mail thunderbird marcheert niet. Hier vraagt hij een wachtwoord... Deze morgen lukte het wel nog en ik heb de Java geüpdated....zou dit de oorzaak kunnen zijn ?

Ik heb mijn contactpersonen geëxporteerd en geïmporteerd dat het een lieve lust was, met , en zonder , en met ; en zonder ; maar ik kreeg ze gewoon niet op de correcte wijze in mijn adresboek. beste, ik gebruik ondertussen thunderbird als mijn standaard email, maar ik krijgt mijn contactpersonen van windows mail maar niet geimporteerd. ik heb ze ondertussen vanuit mijn oude pc geëxporteerd naar een csv -bestand, kommagescheiden, maar het lukt me niet om ze in thunderbird te importeren...

Beste , ik heb het bovenstaande allemaal gedaan, de analyse heb ik zelfs 3x moeten doen om geen registerproblemen meer te hebben, en nu geeft CC-cleaner aan geen problemen meer gevonden te hebben. Avast is onze virusscanner, en CC cleaner wordt regelmatig gebruikt om te kuisen, maar standaard stond er op deze pc volgende anti-virusscanners (dewelke eigenlijk nooit gebruikt worden, en welke regelmatig pop-ups geven om iets te doen..) - Mc Afee Security Scan plus - Norton internet security - Norton online back-up Doe ik deze allemaal weg via het configuratiescherm - verwijderen ? beste, wij werken met windows 7 - sedert gisteren is de pc vastgelopen door het politievirus. we hebben ondertussen de pc herstart in veilige modus en teruggegaan naar een herstelpunt begin mei. wat moeten we nu nog verder doen om het virus te verwijderen? Met dank, Jan

Beste Dasle, ik heb pas vandaag de mogelijkheid gehad om mijn SD kaartje te testen, en wonder boven wonder, het lukt. Blijkbaar waren de drivers tijdens de her-installatie niet opnieuw geïnstalleerd. Mag ik u bij deze hartelijk danken voor de online hulp die ik van jou gekregen heb op dit forum. Voor zover ik nu zie, is mijn laptop terug in form. Als ik jou nog iets mag vragen, welke antivirus zet ik best op mijn laptop om deze te beschermen tegen alle onheil op het net ? ik heb nu AVG gedownload en CC-cleaner om alle rommel af en toe eens op te ruimen ....
