edit: ook al kon ik nergens een file van de toolbar vinden, toch is ie vrij makkelijk te verwijderen: in google chrome. open een nieuw venster en typ in de adresbalk: chrome://extensions/ Vervolgens kun je hem zo in de prullenbak gooien. dus eigenlijk is het al weer opgelost. m.vr.gr Leandra

even kijken of ik het begrijpelijker uit kan leggen:D ik had eerst AVG en MSE op me laptop. Er werd mij gezegd dat ik 1 van die 2 moest verwijderen, omdat ze elkaar tegen kunnen werken. Daarop heb ik gekozen om AVG te verwijderen. Toen stond er in het startmenu inderdaad AVG10 en AVG 2012. Ik heb de AVG verwijdertool gedownload en AVG verwijderd. Nu staat zowel AVG 10 als AVG 2012 niet meer op de laptop. (dacht ik, want ik kan em nergens weer vinden.) nu komt AVG10 wel in het logje voor. Maar waar staat ie dan? Want als ik moet kiezen tussen AVG en MSE kies ik liever voor MSE. Ik gebruik AVG nu dus niet! (dacht ik) snap je het nu? :$

ik kan em niet vinden. Ik gebruikte de 2012versie, en die heb ik met de verwijdertool succesvol verwijderd. Ik kan AVG10 niet vinden? niet in het startmenu, configuratiescherm--> programma's ook niet, zoeken in de c-schijf ook niet???

Hallo, mijn laptop is zo ongelofelijk traag. Hij blijft steeds laden/hangen. Opstarten gaat op zich nog wel normaal, maar daarna wordt het minder. Als ik een spelletje speel (van cd af) dan blijft het spel af en toe hangen. Als ik online ga blijft het beeld/geluid steeds hangen, zowel bij online spelletje als gewoon surfen, skypen en/of muziek luisteren. volgende programma's heb ik laten scannen/opruimen, maar er zijn geen virussen o.i.d aangetroffen, en de laptop wordt er niks niet sneller van. edit: hij is nu wel ingeschakeld. Alles werkt nu zoals ik het nu hebben wil;) overigens, toen ik die link van jou van ccleaner gebruikte, en download latest version aanklikte, kreeg ik wel een of ander cleaner progje, maar niet ccleaner. daar kom ik slim natuurlijk pas achter na de installatie... en toen werd er ook een ander prograje geinstalleerd. die heb ik beide verwijderd, en toen de link gepakt die bij de handleiding staat. In ieder geval echt heel erg bedankt voor je hulp! Je was heel duidelijk en begrijpelijk. Heb weer heel wat bijgeleerd! En nog belangrijker, het probleem is opgelost. bedankt!!

Ik heb alles gedaan wat je zei, en echt super bedankt voor je hulp!!! alles werkt wer naar behoren. nou ja bijna alles.... onderin je internetbrowser staat zo'n wereldbolletje internet| beveiligde modus: uitgeschakeld. maar die wil ik graag ingeschakeld hebben. Dus heb ik daarop dubbelklik gedaan. En vervolgens beveiligde modus inschakelen aangevinkt, en internetbrowser opnieuw opgestart, maar hij blijft uitgeschakeld staan. heb je daar nog een oplossing voor? (A)

hallo, ik heb sinds ong 1,5 a 2 weken form 1 bij het opstarten van me laptop. nu heb ik al 7 anti virus/spyware/malware progjes laten lopen (los vanelkaar natuurlijk) en ze zijn het allemaal over 1 ding 1 ding eens: er is geen bedreiging. nu zag ik per ongeluk tijdens het scannen met avg dat ie $pachcache$ aan het scannen was. nu vond ik die naam nogal verdacht, en het blijkt dat dat ook spyware is. ik heb al wat rond gekeken op internet, andere fora en hier. Maar tot nu toe nog steeds geen oplossing gevonden. nu zag ik hier ook hijackthis, en die had ik ook gedownload, maar ik kon em niet al administrator uitvoeren, kreeg die optie niet te zien. Ik heb het prog. tot 3x toe gedownload en verwijderd, maar kan ik em maar als administrator uitvoeren en dus ook geen logje plaatsen. ook vraag ik mij nu sterk af wat er nog meer 'verborgen' zit op me laptop qua virus/spyware/malware wat wel gescant wordt maar niet als bedreiging gezien wordt. sorry het is een heel verhaal, maar ik hoop dat jullie de oplossing voor mij hebben. m.vr.gr.
