Ja dat heb ik gedaan maar ik blijf met mijn oude mailprogramma zitten en de mail van het alfanet account krijg ik ook nog niet binnen. Ik heb al 3x op die link geklikt en hij vraagt steeds om windows platform te downloaden, dat heb ik intussen al 3x uitgevoerd ??? http://windows.microsoft.com/nl-BE/windows-live/essentials-install-windows-platform-update-ui

Ik moest 2 onderdelen instaleren, namelijk service pack 2 en één of ander platforum. Dit heb ik gedaan, ook windows update gedaan via start/zoekvenster maar ik zie geen verschil, ik blijf met windows live zitten? Pc heb ik uiteraard heropgestart.

Dus moet ik de link dowload windows essentials gebruiken om windows live te instaleren? Sorry ben een leek met computers

In mijn (telenet) webmail heb ik nu alle mails verwijderd, zowel bij inbox, verzonden, spam en prullebak. Mijn webmail is dus volledig leeg nu. even getest door een mail te versturen en nu ontvang ik ze wel op mijn desktop? Lag dit aan een overvolle webmail? ik log daar nooit op in en ik verwijder daar ook nooit mails en tot op heden nog nooit probleem mee gehad?

Het account van telenet alsook van alfanet zijn aanwezig, ik heb de instellingen gecontroleerd met die op mijn laptop en ze staan indentiek hetzelfde, daarmee dat ik het vreemd vind dat ik de mail niet ontvang. Er zitten 72 mails in mijn mailbox van de desktop en de laatste is van 15.11.2012 dus een paar dagen terug, enkel die van vandaag komeb niet meer binnen?

Als ik mail verstuur, dan ontvang ik ze wel op mijn laptop maar niet op mijn desktop? Iemand die mij kan helpen? Ik heb met telenet gebeld en ze kunnen mij niet helpen omdat dit volgens telenet een probleem is van microsoft, ze gaven het nummer door van microsoft maar op zaterdag werken ze niet, dus kom ik hier maar om raad vragen, wel vreemd dat telenet niet wil helpen.

Ok bedankt, dan zal het owel een pdf bestand worden of ik stuur het via de post, naargelang de wens van de klant.

Ik snap jullie idee niet goed denk ik Als ik de vragenlijst via word naar de klant stuur, dan moet hij word op zijn pc hebben staan en niet iedereen heeft word op zijn pc, dus dan kan de klant de vragenlijst niet openen. Verstuur ik het als pdf dan kan hij het openen en lezen maar niets invullen? Of snap ik het niet xD

Het is denk ik niet slim om dit in een word of pdf bestand naar de klanten te sturen, niet iedereen beschikt over word of adobe. Ik denk dat ik de vragenlijst per post ga verzenden en dan kunnen ze dat met een balpen invullen en terug sturen via de post. Ik hoor sommigen al zeggen waarom een vragenlijst opsturen als je het kan vragen bij een persoonlijk gesprek. Meestal boeken ze mij een jaar op voorhand en zelfs 2 jaar op voorhand en bij een persoonlijk gesprek weten ze vaak nog niet welk liedje ze gaan gebruiken als openingsdans, welke nummers ik zeker moet draaien en wat ik niet mag draaien enz.... daarom is dat lijstje dus handig, ze hebben dan alle tijd om het in te vullen en terug te sturen, maar ik zal het voortaan per post verzenden, dat is de gemakkelijkste manier voor veel klanten denk ik.

Ik verzorg bruiloften met mijn dicobar en nu had ik het idee om mijn klanten een vragenlijst te mailen die ze dan moeten invullen en terug sturen per mail, maar als ze niet dezelfde word hebben als ik (office 2010) dan lukt dat niet, dan is het waarschijnlijk beter om die vragenlijst in pdf bestand te mailen. Of bestaan er nog betere manieren.

Hallo, Ik heb een word bestand (tekst) die ik heb verzonden naar een persoon, maar hij kan het niet lezen. Hij ziet enkel rare tekens, waarschijnlijk omdat hij geen word heeft, nu vraagt hij om het te verzenden met adobe reader, hoe kan ik een word bestand met adobe reader verzenden?

Als ik naar trend micro/hijackthis ga dan heb ik geen open als administrator als ik rechts klik?

Nee het lukt niet, ik krijg ze niet verwijderd. Als ik hijackthis opstart dan krijg ik volgende melding, druk ik op ok dan opent hijackthis wel maar blijkbaar werkt het niet want ik krijg niets verwijderd. http://cdn.imghack.se/images/151bbf2f6b5dd14f454cf100c71230e0.png

Als ik bepaalde links aanklik zoals een pdf bestand, muzieklink dan moet ik eerst het bestand opslaan op mijn pc wat niet de bedoeling is, hij moet hem eerst openen en ik heb hier al hulp gevraagd maar we kunnen het probleem niet vinden, ze hadden mij gevraagd om een hijackthis logje te plaatsen.

Alles staat uitgeschakeld. Ik probeer eens met google chroom

Dat staat allemaal aangevinkt? Mijn vrouw heeft dzelde laptop en daar opent alles normaal. Volgens mij is het probleem begonnen na de pc te hebben opgekuist met CC Cleaner, maar hier ben ik niet 100% zeker van.

Ik heb Adobe Reader X via configuratiescherm verwijderd en ik het IE gereset zoals beschreven staat.

Beide stappen uitgevoerd en mijn probleem is nog niet opgelost. Mijn vrouw heeft dezelfde laptop en daar opent een pdf bestand normaal. Onlangs klikte ik op een link naar een muziektrack en inplaats dat media player opende vroeg hij om het bestand op te slaan? dus niet enkel pdf bestanden moet ik eerst downloaden maar ook andere bestanden, heel vreemd want tot een maand geleden had ik dit probleem niet, kan het geen instelling zijn.

Ik gebruik acrobat reader. Als ik een link aanklik naar een pdf bestand dan krijg ik het volgende te zien http://cdn.imghack.se/images/cafb4ff2ef8f2b9fdf50ab715dd36b08.jpg Als ik vroeger een link aanklikte dan opende hij de pdf inplaats van op te slaan.
