Hallo, Bij Word werkt de functie "select all" niet. Ctrl+c of +v werken wel. Enkel ctrl+a doet niets. Buiten Word werkt ctrl+a wel, bijv. in dit eigenste kadertje kan ik met gemak alle tekst selecteren. Graag wil ik die functie ook in Word (terug) doen werken. Ik veronderstel dat ik eens een instelling moet geraakt hebben. Hoe laat ik Ctrl+a terug werken in Word? Groetjes, Eva

Ik heb gespeeld met de plug toen de laptop het weer eens niet herkende, en jawel hoor. Zonder het helemaal af te sluiten en uiteen te halen, herkende hij hem na wat draaien. Volgende stap is prijs vragen bij een winkel. Bedankt, nu weet ik waar het probleem wss ligt.

De voedingsadaptar lijkt me in orde. Geen beschadiging te bespeuren. Als ik de kabel aansluit, voelt dat wel vrij beweeglijk aan. Ik kan het 'kopstuk' in de laptop bijna 0,5cm links/recht bewegen, dus als dit abnormaal is...is het misschien ook de oorzaak? Valt dat op te lossen of betekent dat ingrijpende opknapwerken van de laptop zelf? Alvast bedankt voor je reactie!

Hallo, Mijn laptop is niet meer betrouwbaar. De ene keer start hij op zoals het hoort, de andere keer reageert hij niet wanneer ik de startknop indruk. Dit is steeds met de batterij erin en de netstroomkabel aangesloten. Ik wilde weten of ik me moet klaar maken voor het aankopen van een nieuwe laptop of dat dit nog te verhelpen is? De laptop (HP Pavillion) is ongeveer 4 jaar oud. Bijkomend: 1) de laptop herkent de aangesloten kabel soms niet. Dan werkt hij enkel op batterij. (Dit los ik op door alles af te sluiten, batterij er 10sec uit te halen, er terug in te steken, herop te starten. Maar of dat gezond is...) 2) de laptop herkent de aansloten kabel wel, maar de accu laadt niet op (Dit los ik op met een van jullie tips, nl. batterij eruit, opstarten, bij apparaatbeheer dat ene ongedaan maken, afsluiten, alles er terug in en aan, opstarten, klaar) Toch blijft dit probleem terug komen. Daarnet herkende hij weer niet dat mijn netstroomkabel aangesloten was en mijn batterij zat aan een laag procent. Ik probeerde mijn "oplossing", maar geen succes. Ik wilde de laptop aansluiten zonder batterij erin, met netstroomkabel: geen reactie. En het is dit wat mij zorgen baart. Waarom heeft de laptop niet door dat de netstroomkabel aangesloten is? Wat als hij het niet herkent en mijn batterij geraakt plat... Kan ik hier iets aan doen? Of wat mag ik zeker niet doen?

Hallo, Ik heb gisteren een USB-stick op mijn computer aangesloten die een virus bleek te bevatten. Mijn eigen laptop heeft hier nooit iets over gemeld. Ik had zelf handmatig 'scannen op gevaarlijke items' gedaan nadat ik een vreemde map zag staan. Ik kreeg de USB-stick overigens niet schoon met mijn laptop. Ik heb dit via een andere computer moeten doen die wel meteen melding gaf van een wormvirus bij aansluiten van de USB-stick. Ik weet niet of de USB-stick het virus gisteren opliep in het copycenter of dat er al iets mis was met mijn laptop... Aangezien mijn laptop/virusscanner niets meldde, weet ik niet of mijn laptop nu wel schoon is van eventuele virussen. Kun je me even helpen controleren? Ik zet hieronder een logje. Hallo, Ik ben een map 'quarantine' tegengekomen op mijn laptop. Ik heb die zelf niet aangemaakt en weet niet of het betekent dat mijn laptop een virus bevat. De laptop is trouwens een 3-tal jaar oud. Ik ben liever zeker en wil vragen of er men er kan achter komen of er een virus loert of ik gewoon voor niets vrees (laat ons het laatste hopen).
