Hallo,

Al een hele tijd heb ik geen draadloos internet meer, telkens moest ik de netwerkkabel in de modem steken.

Gisteravond besloot ik om mijn laptop "Toshiba L550" te formatteren en alles opnieuw te installeren, met de hoop dat het probleem opgelost zou zijn.

Bij mijn laptop heb ik daarvoor 3 recovery cd's.

Ik start pc op F12 ingedrukt en cd 1 deed zijn werk,

Wat me opviel, tijdens de installatie... ik krijg melding "verwijder het medium", en dan staat daar een knop afsluiten onderaan.

Ik haal bij die melding cd1 er uit, en klik op afsluiten, een andere knop was er niet.

De pc valt dan helemaal stil... is dus volledig uit, ik zet pc weer aan en dan meteen begint deze met installatie van windows, tijdens de installatie start deze automatisch verschillende keren op, alles werkt normaal, windows wordt zonder problemen geinstalleerd, er wordt niet meer gevraagd naar cd 2 of 3.

Ik blijf hetzelfde probleem hebben, hij vind geen enkel netwerk en zegt dat ik deze moet aansluiten aan een internetkabel.

Ik besloot om onmiddelijk opnieuw te formatteren, maar.....

toen hij dan op een bepaald moment vroeg "verwijder medium" heb ik meteen cd2 erin gestoken.... heel even krijg ik te zien dat hij de cd herkent en valt ook dan helemaal uit.

Ik zet pc weer aan en met cd2 nog in de lade begint hij gewoon verder windows te installeren... gelijk de twee vorige keren is er niks veranderd, alles wordt perfect geinstalleerd, alleen internet blijft een probleem.

In apparaatbeheer.... en dan netwerkadapters.... daar staat er maar eentje "Realtek PCI FE Family Controller.

Ik lees net op internet dat er bij een laptop er meestal twee staan, eentje voor draadloos internet "wireles" en eentje om met kabel aan te sluiten.

Ik denk dat de draadloze bij mij ontbreekt,

Volgens mij moet dat cd 2 en/of cd 3 dit oplossen, alleen weet ik niet hoe ik die cd's moet installeren.

Deze starten niet op ook al vroeg ik in de bios om de pc op te starten met cd/dvd

Hopelijk heeft hier iemand ervaring mee en kan ik binnenkort weer draadloos internetten.

bedankt voor de reacties, maar het probleem is ondertussen opgelost. Blijkbaar was er iets mis met de instellingen. Een vriend heeft ons geholpen, ik was helaas niet aanwezig ... anders had ik hier beschreven hoe hij tewerk is gegaan.

Ik formatteerde de laptop van mijn dochter en installeerde opnieuw windows 7, dat is aardig gelukt maar ik krijg hem niet verbonden met internet.

Er wordt telkens een "beveiligingssleutel" gevraagd. Ik dacht dat deze aan de achterkant van de router stond maar dat werkt niet. Ik twijfel ook aan de internetinstellingen.

De laptop van mijn dochter is een Medion en ik kan op internet met deze Apple laptop

Kan iemand helpen?

Ik heb bovenstaande opdracht uitgevoerd.

Ja, ik probeerde een usb-toetsenbord en dat werkt perfect.

Ik had niet gezien dat ik nog andere reacties hier in de forum had gehad. Ik heb in ieder geval niks veranderd aan mijn laptop.

Dat er niet veel in het vorig HijackThis-Log stond was waarschijnlijk te wijten omdat ik mijn laptop pas had geformatteert. Veel stond er nog niet op. Ik had wel al de drivers (behalve de printer) geïnstalleerd dacht ik.

Ik vind het nog altijd vreemd wat er met die toetsen aan de hand was. Vele toetsen bleven hangen... zelfs na verschillende keren formatteren en tijdens het installeren van Windows. Mijn computernaam is zelfs "----------------" omdat het niet anders lukte. Na enkele uren stopte dit.

Van het numerieke klavier zijn volgende toetsen nog steeds defect... "2 6 9 0 . +" De rest werkt allemaal normaal, er zijn ook geen toetsen meer blijven hangen.
