ik kan enkele sites niet meer openen en onderaan staat Internet/ Beveiligde modus: ingeschakeld. kennelijk wordt de site hierdoor geblokkeerd. hoe kan ik dit opheffen?

Ik heb in het onderhoudscentrum de back-up gemaakt en zie nu dat er bij staat dat er geen back-up van de bestanden wordt gemaakt. Alleen is het zo dat ik alleen de mail mis en verder alles er weer op staat. Bij C: enz. kan ik AppData niet vinden

ik heb mijn computer (laptop) moeten herinstalleren omdat alles steeds vast liep en ben nu bezig om de zaak weer op orde te brengen. ik had eerst een backup gemaakt en die na de installatie weer teruggezet. nu heb ik in mijn mailprogramma "windows live mail" waar alle gegevens ontbreken zoals mijn mails, de contactpersonen, agenda enz. waar kan ik dit terugvinden en hoe krijg ik ze dan in mijn mailprogramma?

Hallo stegisoft vanmorgen eerst maar eens de werking van de printer gecontroleerd en wat denk je ? alles doet het weer, ik kan printen van zowel de laptop als van de desktop, dus het oorspronkelijke probleem is uiteindelijk opgelost. Heel erg bedankt voor je duidelijke instructies!!

Dat is vreemd, want op de datum 16/9 is er geen printer geinstalleerd en er is zelfs hier helemaal geen printer te zien, alleen Canon Scan Utility en Canon MP230 series MP drivers die op 22/8 zijn geinstalleerd - - - Updated - - - De printer nu op de desktop geinstalleerd via printer toevoegen - - - Updated - - - morgen verder?, wordt een beetje laat voor mij

Sorry, had op lokale printer zoeken gedrukt. Andere keuze gaf inderdaad de printers aan die op de laptop en op de desktop staan. Die van de laptop dus weer geinstalleerd.

Ik heb je al eerder uitgelegd dat als ik in apparaten/printers op printer toevoegen druk ik geen afbeelding krijg van een printer maar een programma om een printer te zoeken en te installeren.

Hallo stegisoft, Als alles nu goed staat en het toch niet werkt, zou het dan niet kunnen liggen aan de "dubbele installatie" zoals ik beschreef in bericht 86 van 14 september en zou dan een nieuwe schone installatie niet het beste zijn. Volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing kan dit via de herstelpartitie die op de computer zit waarbij dan alleen de C schijf wordt hersteld, of via een herstel dvd die bij de computer hoort. Ik heb dus al een back-up gemaakt en de drivers staan in zip formatie op de D schijf.

Als ik dit doe krijg ik mijn apparaten te zien en o.a. de printer, ga ik dan naar printer toevoegen dan volgt er een scherm om een nieuwe printer te installeren en dan kan ik inderdaad mijn printer installeren

Op de desktop heb ik een vergelijkbaar schermafbeelding

begrijp dit niet helemaal, als ik naar apparaten en printers ga staat daar mijn printer en hetzelfde geldt voor de desktop

Het is inderdaad een lange discussie geworden voor een mijn ogen simpele vraag, maar in het kort zal ik het probleem uitleggen: Ik heb na een crash een herinstallatie gedaan vanaf een vijftal cd's die ik destijds bij de aanschaf had gemaakt. Bleef echter bij cd 3 hangen en wilde niet verder. Toen de officiele herinstallatie cd genomen en er mee verder gegaan. Lukte uiteindelijk wel maar ik kreeg bv. bij de favorieten en bij g-mail dubbele aanduidingen (dubbele installatie ????) en ook kon ik vanaf mijn laptop niet meer printen, wel van mijn PC die boven staat. Heb een verse backup gemaakt en in een map nieuw drivers de drivers opgehaald en op de D schijf gezet (zie 27/8 discussie 69) We waren nu zover dat er wellicht een nieuwe herinstallatie nodig zou zijn om het geheel weer normaal te laten functioneren. Ben de jongste niet meer (86) maar ik heb in de loop der jaren wel het een en ander opgestoken, hoewel ik wat betreft computertechniek verder niet zo veel weet.

Hallo stegisoft, Ja, ik heb internet op de laptop. Om de discussie over te nemen moet je misschien eerst de hele discussie nog eens doornemen. Ik heb op dit moment een redelijk draaiende laptop, het openen van de internet pagina door lang, maar daar valt mee te leven, echter het door mij oorspronkelijk aangekaarte probleem dat ik niet van de laptop kan printen is er nog steeds. We waren op het punt gekomen dat een schone herinstallatie wellicht hert beste zou zijn, maar dat laat ik maar aan jou over.

Weet je het ook niet meer????

Als ik de lijst met drivers bekijk zie ik zowel de Wifi als de cardreader erbij en die heb ik dus al bij de gedownloade drivers. Zijn die bij speccy dan anders, is een beetje verwarrend.

speccy gedownload en is alleen in engels te lezen. dit moet geen probleem zijn, maar ik kan geen cardreader vinden, wel de wifi : Thomson 309B22 (????)

Nee, ik heb nu geen herinstallatie gedaan (zie begin discussie) Het was juist na de crash dat ik de computer moest herinstalleren en toen is er waarschijnlijk iets mis gedaan, vandaar dat we nu voor de situatie zitten om alles nog eens van voren af aan opnieuw te doen.

Ik heb geen idee, waar kan ik dit vinden? Ik zier overigens wel, dat na de herinstallatie verschillende dingen zoals de favorieten e.d. dubbel worden weergegeven.

Ik heb de drivers gedownload en als zip bestanden in een map op de D schijf staan. Ook heb ik een backup gemaakt die ook op de D schijf staat.

Heb je al eens naar mijn prbleem met de drivers gekeken

computer geeft een klikje na aansluiting maar geen mededeling (doet de PC wel), in apparatenbeheer geen gele driehoekjes. misschien is het toch beter om de boel te herinstalleren en in ben al bezig om de gegevens bij elkaar te zoeken. heb in ieder geval twee dvd's voor herinstallatie ( 32 en 64 bit) en een dvd van asus met driver&utility voor deze laptop. Kom er nog wel op terug, maar moet een paar dagen wachten omdat ik de laptop dan nog nodig heb voor wat belangrijke Skype contacten. Zal alvast wat vragen opstellen. Dank in ieder geval omdat je wilt helpen (ben een 86er!)
