Start Hijackthis op. Ben je gebruiker van Vista kies dan voor “Run as administrator" of "Uitvoeren als administrator". Selecteer “Do a system scan only”. Selecteer alleen de items die hieronder zijn genoemd:

Klik op 'Fix checked' om de items te verwijderen.

Download MBAM (Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware).

Dubbelklik op mbam-setup.exe om het programma te installeren.

Zorg ervoor dat er een vinkje geplaatst is voor Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware en Start Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Klik daarna op "Voltooien".

Indien een update gevonden werd, zal die gedownload en geïnstalleerd worden.

Wanneer het programma volledig up to date is, selecteer dan in het tabblad Scanner : "Snelle Scan", daarna klik op Scan.

Het scannen kan een tijdje duren, dus wees geduldig.

Wanneer de scan voltooid is, klik op OK, daarna "Bekijk Resultaten" om de resultaten te zien.

Zorg ervoor dat daar alles aangevinkt is, daarna klik op: Verwijder geselecteerde.

Na het verwijderen zal een log openen en zal er gevraagd worden om de computer opnieuw op te starten. (Zie verder).

Indien er de rootkit (TDSS) aanwezig is, zal MBAM vragen te herstarten. Doe dit dan ook.

MBAM zal na de herstart opnieuw scannen en de rootkit verwijderen.

Het log wordt automatisch bewaard door MBAM en kan je terugvinden door op de "Logs" tab te klikken in het programma.

Indien MBAM moeilijkheden heeft met het verwijderen van bepaalde bestanden zal het enkele meldingen geven waar je OK moet klikken. Daarna zal het vragen om de computeropnieuw op te starten... dus sta toe dat MBAM de computer opnieuw opstart.

Plak de inhoud van het logje in je volgende bericht, samen met een nieuw HijackThis log.

Een volledige scan is enkel maar nodig als je echt grote problemen hebt. De meest voorkomende spywareproblemen worden ook via de snelle scan gevonden.

Ik denk dat het verstandig is om geen extra adviezen te geven, tenzij je een expert bent op het gebied van spyware.

Kan best zijn ... maar toch heeft Jurgen gelijk. Een snelle scan volstaat om een idee te krijgen van malware. Al is het natuurlijk duidelijk dat een volledige scan nog wat meer kan oprakelen. Maar dat kan je later nog altijd doen (indien nodig).

Kan best zijn ... maar toch heeft Jurgen gelijk. Een snelle scan volstaat om een idee te krijgen van malware. Al is het natuurlijk duidelijk dat een volledige scan nog wat meer kan oprakelen. Maar dat kan je later nog altijd doen (indien nodig).

ik heb nooit gezegt dat ik geen superexpert ben...

ik beweer gewoon dat hij er niet meer van kent dan mij..

dagelijks maak ik gemiddeld 5-10pc vrij van spyware mallware en alle andere troep, maar maakt ook niet meer uit, want volgens stegisoft verstoor ik de boel hier toch maar,

ik delete al mijn posts, spijtig voor de mensen die hun oplossing nog niet gelezen hebben maarja..

Spijtig inderdaad ... maar blijkbaar toch een kort lontje. Een beetje tegenspraak moet - af en toe - toch wel eens kunnen. Zolang het deftig blijft. Kan je daar niet tegen, dan zit je niet meteen op je plaats in een "open" forum :s

Mijn melding heeft gewoon te maken met het feit dat op vele fora mensen bezig zijn in malwaretopics zonder de nodige kennis. Met de nodige gevolgen natuurlijk. Aangezien je op dit forum nog geen ervaring hebt met het verwijderen van malware, heb ik deze opmerking gemaakt.

Ik ken er ook (nog) niet alles van, maar ik ben momenteel wel bezig met het volgen van een opleiding malware-verwijderen. Totdat deze opleiding niet is afgelopen, ga ik evenmin het recht om logjes te analyseren of extra oplossingen te geven.

Ik ben blij dat jullie allemaal zo veel reageren, ik heb alleen nog niet echt antwoord op mijn vraag. Ik kan niets opslaan of downloaden omdat mijn pc de bestanden nergens plaatst. Wie kan mij de oplossing geven?

Ik zie in je vorige bericht dat je een scan hebt gedaan met Combofix, terwijl Malwarebytes werd aangeraden. Waarschijnlijk zal dit niet zo'n groot verschil uitmaken.

Om zeker te weten of je systeem helemaal schoon is, is het wachten op Kape natuurlijk.
