KORG nanopad 2

Ik heb nu al 2 maanden de KORG nanopad 2, ik heb er nog niks mee kunnen doen, de handleiding is helemaal NIET duidelijk. Elke keer als ik het stuurprogramma wil updaten komt erop 'found no MIDI port'. ik weet echt niet meer wat ik moet doen de mensen van KORG sturen zelfs niet terug op mijn mails... pff. Ik hoop dat iemand me hier wel kan helpen.

Ifyou’re using Microsoft Windows XP/Vista, the USB-MIDI driver that‘s isautomatically installed won’t allow you to use the nanoPAD with multiple applications simultaneously.

If you want to use the nanoPAD with multiple applications simultaneously,you’ll need to install the Korg USB-MIDI driver. Even if you don’t need to usethe nanoPAD with multiple applications simultaneously, we recommend that youinstall the Korg USB-MIDI driver for more stable operation.

You can download the Korg USB-MIDI driver from the Korg website, and install it asdescribed in the included documentation.

Ik heb al zoveel zitten proberen. Mijn computer accepteert zonder problemen de nanopad 2. Hij zegt ook dat deze werkt, maar elke keer als ik wil updaten komt erop 'found no MIDI port'. De Korg Kontrol editor kan mijn nanopad ook niet vinden. Ik snap er niks meer van.
