Visual error while gaming

Hi all,

I got some graphic issues. Its seems to look like some graphic spikes/lines, these goes horizontal/vertical and diagonal. My video-card driver is up to date. 

Some of these spikes moves. The spikes also have shades. 

 

Does someone know what this is?
