Ik heb de handleiding van je router eens doorgenomen. Echter heeft Tele2 de router zo aangepast dat vele van de originele functies niet meer mogelijk zijn . Ik denk dat je dus gewoon best even kan bellen met de klantenservice van Tele2, voor hen is dit dagelijkse kost waar ze je zo doorheen loodsen. Je kanaal zou je moeten kunnen veranderen onder Wireless - Advanced. Probeer dit eens te wijzigen.

MalwareByte's anti-malware kan je op je computer laten staan als aanvullende malwarescanner. Laat deze dan met regelmaat scannen. HijackThis mag je van je computer verwijderen via configuratiescherm. Hoi, De Tele2 router; gaat het hier om een DV-2020 van Davolink? Probeer eens in te loggen op je router. Open je webbrowser en tik in de adresbalk 192.168.1.1 gevolgd door Enter. Tik in bij gebruikersnaam: user Tik in bij wachtwoord: user Kan je daar ergens een optie terugvinden om de firmware up te daten? Je gaf aan dat de router beneden staat en je computer boven, is dat op de eerste verdieping of over welke afstand spreken we hier? Tot slot nog even dit: Zoals al gezegd gaan rond dit tijdstip de meeste gebruikers online je kan eens proberen als het wijzigen van kanaal iets oplevert. Dit kan je doen als je ingelogd bent op de router (zie hierboven). Probeer eens enkele andere kanalen als 11 of 13.

Hoi, Krijg je deze foutmeldingen bijna uitsluitend als je de computer afsluit? Of kan dit echt op de meest willekeurige momenten voorkomen? Ga naar Start - Configuratiescherm - Programma's en verwijder onderstaand programma: MediaBar Download MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware en sla het op je bureaublad op. Dubbelklik op mbam-setup.exe om het programma te installeren. Zorg dat er na de installatie een vinkje is geplaatst bij: Update MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware Start MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware Klik daarna op "Voltooien". Indien een update gevonden wordt, zal die gedownload en geïnstalleerd worden. Bij problemen!!! Het log wordt automatisch bewaard door MBAM en kan je terugvinden door op de "Logs" tab te klikken in het programma. Indien MBAM moeilijkheden heeft met het verwijderen van bepaalde bestanden zal het enkele meldingen geven waar je OK moet klikken. Daarna zal het vragen om de computer opnieuw op te starten... dus sta toe dat MBAM de computer opnieuw opstart. Virussen en malware kunnen we bij deze wel uitsluiten als oorzaak van het probleem. De beschrijving die je geeft ruikt verdacht veel naar problemen bij de provider zelf. S'avonds gaan de meeste mensen in jouw regio waarschijnlijk online en dat merk je aan de internetsnelheid. Dat dit plots is heeft misschien te maken met een update van je provider. Ik denk dat je best eens contact kan opnemen met je ISP (Internet Service Provider) zo weet je direct meer.

Dat lijkt me helaas meer aan iets van de router/modem zelf te liggen dan aan je computer. Als dit niet voorkomt wanneer je de computer met een kabel verbindt dan kan je problemen aan de computer uitsluiten. Anderzijds kan het zijn dat: Een voorwerp het signaal van jouw router/modem blokkeert. De WiFi adapter in jouw computer het een beetje aan het begeven is (dit kunnen we controleren). De router/modem aan vervanging toe is.

Hallo Patricia, Dat is best vreemd. Dit geeft een andere vermelding dan het logje van HijackThis. Download OTL naar je Bureaublad Dubbelklik op OTL.com om het programma te openen. Zorg ervoor dat all andere vensters gesloten zijn, en laat het programma ongestoord zijn werk doen. Zet een vinkje bij Scan All Users. Klik op de knop Quick Scan. Verander de instellingen van OTL niet, tenzij ik je hiervoor specifiek instructies geef. De scan zal niet heel erg lang duren. Er zullen twee Kladblok-vensters geopend worden wanneer de scan klaar is. OTL.Txt en Extras.Txt. Deze bestanden zijn opgeslagen in dezelfde locatie als OTL. Kopieer (Bewerken->Alles selecteren, Bewerken->Kopiëren) en plak (Bewerken->Alles selecteren, Bewerken->Plakken) de inhoud van deze twee bestanden één voor één in je volgende bericht. Hoi, Al bovenstaande heeft jammer genoeg nog geen effect gehad op de rundll32 foutmelding. De regeltje die je in het bericht hierboven moest aanvinken hebben te maken met een opschoning van het systeem waarbij we wat spyware/malware hebben verwijderd. Er is echter nog 1 iets waar iets hersteld moet worden, ik zou dit eerst willen aanpakken. Van zodra dit hersteld is gaan we nog wat dieper in op het rundll32 probleem . Kan je ondertussen al even meegeven om welke foutmelding het precies gaat? Wat krijg je te zien? Indien een update gevonden werd, zal die gedownload en geïnstalleerd worden. Wanneer het programma volledig up to date is, selecteer dan in het tabblad Scanner : "Snelle Scan", daarna klik op Scan. Het scannen kan een tijdje duren, dus wees geduldig. Wanneer de scan voltooid is, klik op OK, daarna "Bekijk Resultaten" om de resultaten te zien. Zorg ervoor dat daar alles aangevinkt is, daarna klik op: Verwijder geselecteerde. Na het verwijderen zal een log openen en zal er gevraagd worden om de computer opnieuw op te starten. (Zie verder). Indien er de rootkit (TDSS) aanwezig is, zal MBAM vragen te herstarten. Doe dit dan ook. MBAM zal na de herstart opnieuw scannen en de rootkit verwijderen. Het log wordt automatisch bewaard door MBAM en kan je terugvinden door op de "Logs" tab te klikken in het programma. Indien MBAM moeilijkheden heeft met het verwijderen van bepaalde bestanden zal het enkele meldingen geven waar je OK moet klikken. Daarna zal het vragen om de computer opnieuw op te starten... dus sta toe dat MBAM de computer opnieuw opstart. Plak de inhoud van het logje in je volgende bericht. Hallo Laurens1953, Welkom op PCH! We zullen eerst eens nagaan of malware of virussen de oorzaak zijn van je probleem. 1. Download HijackThis. (klik er op) Klik op HijackThis.msi en de download start automatisch na 5 seconden. Bestand HijackThis.msi opslaan. Daarna kiezen voor "uitvoeren". Hijackthis wordt nu op je PC geïnstalleerd, een snelkoppeling wordt op je bureaublad geplaatst. Als je geen netwerkverbinding meer hebt, kan je de download doen met een andere pc en het bestand met een usb stick overbrengen Als je enkel nog in veilige modus kan werken, moet je de executable (HijackThis.exe) downloaden. Sla deze op in een nieuwe map op de C schijf (bvb C:\\hijackthis) en start hijackthis dan vanaf deze map. De logjes kan je dan ook in die map terugvinden. 2. Klik op de snelkoppeling om HijackThis te starten. (lees eerst de rode tekst hieronder!) Klik ofwel op "Do a systemscan and save a logfile", ofwel eerst op "Scan" en dan op "Savelog". Er opent een kladblokvenster, hou gelijktijdig de CTRL en A-toets ingedrukt, nu is alles geselecteerd. Hou gelijktijdig de CTRL en C-toets ingedrukt, nu is alles gekopieerd. Plak nu het HJT logje in je bericht door CTRL en V-toets. Krijg je een melding ""For some reason your system denied writing to the Host file ....", klik dan gewoon door op de OK-toets. Niet het programma zelf, maar de bronnen die aangesproken worden om bepaalde bestanden te downloaden zijn heel vaak van malafide oorsprong. Mocht Bearshare tussen jouw geïnstalleerde programma's aanwezig zijn mag je dit daar eveneens verwijderen (Start - Configuratiescherm - Programma's)

Bestand HijackThis.msi opslaan. Daarna kiezen voor "uitvoeren". Hijackthis wordt nu op je PC geïnstalleerd, een snelkoppeling wordt op je bureaublad geplaatst. Als je geen netwerkverbinding meer hebt, kan je de download doen met een andere pc en het bestand met een usb stick overbrengen Als je enkel nog in veilige modus kan werken, moet je de executable (HijackThis.exe) downloaden. Sla deze op in een nieuwe map op de C schijf (bvb C:\\hijackthis) en start hijackthis dan vanaf deze map. De logjes kan je dan ook in die map terugvinden. 2. Klik op de snelkoppeling om HijackThis te starten. (lees eerst de rode tekst hieronder!) Klik ofwel op "Do a systemscan and save a logfile", ofwel eerst op "Scan" en dan op "Savelog". Let op : Windows Vista & 7 gebruikers dienen HijackThis als “administrator” uit te voeren via rechtermuisknop “als administrator uitvoeren". Indien dit via de snelkoppeling niet lukt voer je HijackThis als administrator uit in de volgende map : C:\\Program Files\\Trend Micro\\HiJackThis of C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Trend Micro\\HiJackThis.
