Trouble Shooting

================

1) When the software is running under network mode, connection and messages might be lost

due to heavy network traffic or unstable network system. If you see this problem, try

to use the REFRESH button under right click on one of the tree icons. If some of the

information still not updated, try re-connect to the Message Server or re-login to the

Message Agent.

2) When logging out and then logging in as a different user, user rights might take 2-5 seconds

to get updated.

3) If you have a specific problem of using the PAM software, please contact the Technical Support

Department of Promise Technology, Inc.

Nu is de vraag hoe moet ik deze driver installeren??

ja maar hoe moet ik dit doen als de pc niet opstart??

Als de pc NIET opstart hoe kom je dan aan die HDTune gegevens!!

Deed de schijf het voordien wel?

Staat er een besturingssysteem op die schijf?

Is die schijf opgedeeld in partities?

-De harde schijf werkte en af en toe kon hiju niet opstarten omdat hij zijn hd niet kon vinden dus heb ik hdtune gelopen en gepost maar nu start hij helemaal niet meer op omdat hij zijn hd niet kan vinden.

-ja er staat windows xp op

-ja de schijf is opgedeelt in 3 partities (windows, data, multimedia)
