Geen geluid bij film (.avi) met meerdere spelers

Ik heb altijd films gekeken op mijn laptop, nooit problemen gehad, totdat ik een tijdje geleden wat problemen heb gehad met malware die ik gelukkig heb kunnen oplossen, maar nu heb ik geen geluid meer als ik films afspeel met bijna alle programma's. De programma's waar ik geen geluid meer heb bij de films zijn:

DivX Plus Player

IrfanView

Media Player Classic - Home Cinema

QuickTime Player

Real Player

Windows Media Player

Het enige programma waar ik wel geluid krijg bij de film is Windows Live Movie Maker, maar deze speelt niet alle films af (bijv. mkv-files)..

Vroeger keek ik alles met DivX Player, ik ben dan ook al zeer tevreden als deze het weer zou doen.

Ik heb inmiddels de K-Lite Codec Pack (Mega) gedownload en geïnstalleerd, ik heb van andere posts begrepen dat ik dan wel alle benodigde codecs zou moeten hebben, dus hier zou het niet aan kunnen liggen denk ik? Of moet ik hier nog verder iets mee doen (configureren of zo??)

Welke problemen veroorzaakte die malware op je PC?

En op welke manier heb je die verwijderd gekregen?

De malware zorgde ervoor dat ik niet meer op internet kon, verleende toegang tot mijn pc van afstand, etc. Ik heb dit verwijderd gekregen door een combinatie van:

Free Dr.Web anti-virus

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

FixExe

in veilige modus uitgevoerd. Microsoft Security Essentials en Panda Cloud er overheen laten lopen en de internetinstellingen handmatig terugveranderd.

Toch maar eerst kijken of malware de problemen veroorzaakt.

Download HijackThis.

Klik bij "HijackThis Downloads" op "Installer".

Bestand HijackThis.msi opslaan. Daarna kiezen voor "uitvoeren".

Hijackthis wordt nu op je PC geïnstalleerd, een snelkoppeling wordt op je bureaublad geplaatst.

Klik op de snelkoppeling om HijackThis te starten

Klik ofwel op "Do a systemscan and save a logfile", ofwel eerst op "Scan" en dan op "Savelog".

Er opent een kladblokvenster, hou gelijktijdig de CTRL en A-toets ingedrukt, nu is alles geselecteerd. Hou gelijktijdig de CTRL en C-toets ingedrukt, nu is alles gekopieerd. Plak nu het HJT logje in je bericht door CTRL en V-toets.

Krijg je een melding ""For some reason your system denied writing to the Host file ....", klik dan gewoon door op de OK-toets.

Let op : Windows Vista & 7 gebruikers dienen HijackThis als “administrator” uit te voeren via rechtermuisknop “als administrator uitvoeren". Indien dit via de snelkoppeling niet lukt voer je HijackThis als administrator uit in de volgende map : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HiJackThis of C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\HiJackThis.

Het probleem is inmiddels verholpen. De oplossing was: geluidskaart verwijderen en de computer opnieuw opstarten (waardoor de geluidskaart opnieuw wordt geïnstalleerd). Hartstikke bedankt voor alle tijd en moeite!!

Heb je ook de drivers voor je geluidskaart terug in orde?

Je kan het logje toch even laten nakijken.

Start Hijackthis op. Selecteer “Scan”. Selecteer alleen de items die hieronder zijn genoemd:

Het probleem is al opgelost zoals eerder vermeld. De drivers zijn ook weer in orde. Ik stel het zeer op prijs dat jullie me nog verder willen helpen. Ik heb de instructies opgevolgd. Ik zou het fijn vinden als iemand me ook zou kunnen vertellen wat ik nou zojuist heb gedaan, zodat ik hier van leer en het later misschien zelf kan doen.

Zoals gezegd, heb ik de instructies opgevolgd. De bovenste 2 die ik moest fixen staan echter weer bij de volgende scan, precies hetzelfde. Is dit normaal?
