Je moet het bestand zoek results in je bijlage toevoegen. Dus geen printscreen, maar het bestandje zoek results dat je hebt opgeslagen. Dus zoek results is de naam van het logje. (of zo heb jij het logje genoemd)

Volg deze manier om je logje toe te voegen (negeer de rode tekst bovenaan die handleiding).

Probeer systeemherstel eens te starten in veilige modus:

Druk tijdens het opstarten van de pc (nog voordat het logo van Windows verschijnt!) op de F8 toets en kies Veilige Modus.

Druk op de startknop onderaan je scherm en typ systeemherstel. Druk nog NIET op enter. Kies dan uit de lijst voor "Deze computer naar een eerdere toestand herstellen".

Lukt dat? Werkt systeemherstel in veilige modus?
