Windows heeft de neiging om alle services traagjes aftesluiten, met deze tweak kan je instellen dat Windows meteen de services afsluit, met als gevolg = sneller afsluiten van Windows! Je doet dit zo: Start & typ "regedit" in. Ga dan naar de sleutel HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/ControlSet001/Control en klik op de sleutel WaitToKillServiceTimeOut. en verander de waarde van "3000" naar "3".

Tip 1: (microsoft) Dit probleem doet zich voor als u een PowerPoint 2002- of PowerPoint 2003-bestand met wachtwoordbeveiliging probeert te openen in een eerdere versie van PowerPoint of de PowerPoint Viewer. Plak nu het HJT logje in je bericht door CTRL en V-toets. Krijg je een melding ""For some reason your system denied writing to the Host file ....", klik dan gewoon door op de OK-toets. Let op : Windows Vista & 7 gebruikers dienen HijackThis als “administrator” uit te voeren via rechtermuisknop “als administrator uitvoeren". Indien dit via de snelkoppeling niet lukt voer je HijackThis als administrator uit in de volgende map : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HiJackThis of C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\HiJackThis.

U kan ook proberen om een ander toetsenbord aan te sluiten, als het daarop wel werkt, ligt het aan je huidige toetsenbord!

Dan is dit een foutje van mij. Dan moet je de parameters /T en /A inderdaad weglaten.

In Windows kan je zelf je beeldscherminstellingen bepalen, bijvoorbeeld een lichtere of donkere kleur van het scherm. Ga als volgt te werk: - ga onderaan naar de ronde startknop - tik het woord calibrate in en druk op ENTER. - hoe meer je naar onder gaat op de schuifbalk, des te donkerder het beeld.

Lees dit eens. Zoo Tycoon 2 staat ook in die lange lijst. Zie eens naar de landinstellingen: -ga onderaan naar de ronde startknop -tik in intl.cpl - ga naar tabje "toetsenbord en talen" - klik op toetsenborden wijzigen... Dit moet je overnemen: als er engels tussenstaat, mag je die taal verwijderen!

Alternatieven in het nederlanders zijn bijna niet te vinden. In het Engels wel. Inderdaad, dat doe ik ook zo altijd. Zet 'm dan gewoon terug naar de hoofddir en zorg dat je de mapnaam WindowsImageBackup behoudt! Schandalig. Ze doen dus de moeite nog niet om een recovery cd te maken en bij te steken. Als ze maar aan ons verdienen zijn ze blij, die fabrikanten.

Kan u de exacte naam van het programma geven? Bedoelt u Macromedia Flash MX 6.0? Of het hele pakket?

U moet de toets Alt Gr gebruiken, en NIET de toets Alt. Bijvoorbeeld: Alt Gr + e = het euroteken! (op een belgisch klavier toch) Lukt het nog steeds niet?

Ik vrees dat Windows ze dan niet vindt, de map WindowsImageBackup moet in de hoofddirectory staan (en dus niet in submappen!), anders vind die die niet heb ik me laten wijsmaken (en ik spreek uit ervaring). Bij het terugzetten kan je namelijk NIET kiezen vanuit welke map je de image wil terugzetten. Wel bij Macrium Reflect, maar niet bij de ingebouwde back-up van Windows 7. Dat doen ze bijna altijd hoor. Bij mijn nieuwe pc was dat toch het geval. Ben je zeker dat je al je bijgekregen dvd's hebt gechecked dat daar geen recovery cd/dvd tussenzit? Normaal gezien wel. Als je exacte merk geeft van je computer, kan je die misschien zelfs downloaden ergens.
